Important Notice: Delivery & Pickup Order Policy
To ensure efficient service and minimize waste, we have implemented the following policy for all delivery and pickup orders:
Customers placing an order for delivery or pickup are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address along with a valid local phone number at the time of ordering. This information is essential for ensuring successful delivery and for contacting you should there be any issues with your order.
Due to a growing number of unclaimed and abandoned orders, we have been forced to enforce a strict no-show policy. All meals are prepared fresh upon request, and once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it becomes the financial responsibility of the customer—regardless of whether the order is picked up or delivered successfully.
If a customer fails to collect their order or cannot be reached at the time of delivery due to incorrect contact information, the order will be considered forfeited, and the full amount will still be charged. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us reduce food waste and maintain fairness to both our kitchen team and other customers.
